Ms. Tyre's English 9 Homework due Monday, April 29.

1. Revise your Introductory paragraph., Body Paragraph #1, Body Paragraph #2, and write Body Paragraph #3. These revisions are improvements in organization, written expression, content, discussion etc.

2. Make sure you are looking carefully at every sentence you write, to ensure that they are proper sentences.  This takes concentration. I suggest you read them out loud to yourself to HEAR how they are constructed. You will often find they need work.  You also need to read the body paragraphs for Organization. Is your discussion in logical order?  You also need to ensure that a stranger could understand your ideas.  Give your work to a family member to read. This might help you see some gaps in your explanations.

3. Please follow the formatting criteria on yesterday's post as to how to word-process your work ie. double-spacing, indenting, underlining Thesis, Topic Sentences, Concluding Sentences.

This is due on Monday.
