English 12 Homework due Monday, 27th:

Rearch and Note-taking:

1. Be prepared to discuss the controversy  about the Vancouver Aquarium and whales. Be thorough and look into the past as well. Take notes and be prepared to share your work.

2. Decline of Species Research: Look on Science and Nature sites online (there are many excellent ones) to understand and to get up to date information on the number of species that are in crisis and in decline. Have a number of detailed examples to share. Have reasons why, and what is being done about it. 

3. Also, be prepared to discuss why it is important to be looking at this. Why does it matter?
