Ms. Tyre's English 11 Homework for Tuesday, May 21:

1. Macbeth: Do all questions for Act 1, scenes 2 and 3, for tomorrow. You do not need to create new metaphors and similes for Act 1, scene 2. However, you are to identify and explain the similes and metaphors in this scene. 

The "Paragraph" question at the end of Act I, scene 3 can be done without the paragraph structure.  However, you are to quote each reference to clothes and explain the significance of this imagery.

2. Apology Assignment:  You have a couple of more days for this assignment. Incorporate some of your understanding from reading The Jade Peony, and any other information or understanding you have from other courses or experience. Due Thursday.
