English 9 Homework for Wednesday, April 13:

1. Theme Paragraph for Theories of Relativity: Rewrite your Theme Paragraph for tomorrow. Please word-process it and double space and hand it in.

2. Word Process all of the "A Feeling of Power" assignment as well: Complete all the work from A-G

A) Read this short story carefully.

B) Look up any words you don't know, write them down and define them. These should be in the Glossary section of your Binder.    

C) Do Personal Response questions 1, 2, 3, 4. 

D)Do A Creative Response for question 5; and do all the Critical Response questions.  

E) Look up situational and dramatic irony and create 2 examples of each. 

F) And...write a thoughtful paragraph for question 7.  

G Read the short story "Segregationist" two times.  Write down Words and Definitions in your Glossary for the words you need to look up.
