English 10 Homework for Monday, Jan. 16:

1. Poetry: Read "Whale Poem" by Milton Acorn, as many times as you need to. Do all 4 questions. Look up words and terms that you need to in order to do the questions, such as Metaphor. Develop your answers so that a stranger would understand them. 

Be thorough, be neat, and be prepared to share your work with the class. 

2. Do the same with "The Lonely Land."
