Please have a set of 8 Binder Dividers by next Monday, so we can set up our portfolios. 

Also, make sure your parents have my information so they can call me directly by 8am if you are not coming to school. They are to call me at 604-668-6668, extension 8044. I will be there to pick up the phone.

1. Current Events: Research and prepare thorough notes that describe the what, where and why and who, of Donald Trump's Refugee Ban. Consider who it affects and how Canada and the world is responding to it. Go online or watch the news (ie. CBC) to get more analysis. Also, check on Trudeau's response to this, also.

Be prepared to share your own thoughts and opinions on this important issue, in class tomorrow. Brings notes with you.
