English 10 Homework for Mon. Oct. 20:

1. Read "By the Waters of Babylon": Read it twice, carefully.  Look up words that you don't know and write them and a definition in your Glossary.

2. Read "Who is Babylon"? to get a sense of how this ancient Biblical city is perceived by history.  Be prepared to talk about it.

3. Do questions 1-11 as best you can. Write in proper sentences and develop your answers where you need to.
