English 10 Homework for Wednesday, Oct. 28:

1. In-Class Essay: This will be a 4 or 5 paragraph Essay: not really lengthy, but sufficient. You must read Chapters 1-5.  By reading Chapter Five carefully, you will have more to work with. 

You must also understand the basics of Socialism, as that is what Old Major wanted to create.

Also, look at the types of Propaganda at the bottom of the page in the Handout I gave you at the beginning of all this. They, too, could come in handy.

You will get the question at the beginning of the class, and work on an outline of ideas. Then you will write Wednesday and Thursday.
