English 10 Homework for Tues.,Wed., due Thursday:

1. "Feed" Essay Revision: 

A) Rewrite your Thesis Statement. It should express, clearly and with strength, the main point of the essay. It is not plot, nor a long list of things, but the central idea of the paper that brings it all together.

Write the original first, then the rewritten  underneath (leave a space between them!) underlining all changes.

B) Rewrite and DEV the weakest body paragraph. Underline all the changes you make. Word-process and hand it in by 8:20 am on Thursday.

2) Before you start reading the novel Mister Pip, print the summary of the novel Great Expectations by Charles Dickens on GradeSaver. See below for the website.
