English 12 Homework for Tuesday, Feb. 23:

1. S.I.F.T:  Do the S.I.F.T. for "The Unknown Citizen." Read the poem, carefully, several times to get the flow of ideas; then write up each question clearly, following the Handout. Always use examples from the text to develop your answers. Be organized, thoughtful and start thinking about how this poem mirrors important aspects of "Repent, Harlequin," and the paragraph Civil Disobedience, by Henry David Thoreau. 

2. Sentence-by-Sentence Revisions of "Stop Googling," and "Over Our Heads," synthesis. Use the same format as the last revisions. These are due at the end of the week.
