English 11 Homework for Thursday, Feb. 12 and 13:

1. Irony: Find 2-3 examples that you understand for the 3 Kinds of Irony: verbal, situational, and dramatic.  Look at more than one website, and be prepared to explain your examples.

2. Literary Terms and Devices : Find 2 or 3 good websites of Literary Terms and Devices. Using the handout I gave you, try to find one great document with many of these devices/terms, and the examples of each as you can. Then you could find the rest by searching each one and adding them.  Bring your main document tomorrow and work on the rest for next week. 

3. Overviews and Binder Dividers: Have your Binders set up with 8 labeled tabs by Friday.

4. Please have your parents read and sign your Overviews. Make sure they make a copy of my information. Return to me by Monday at the latest.
